convenient location, good service
convenient location subway entrance helpful staff excellent breakfast
The location is very convenient, directly above the subway entrance. this made getting around very easy. the staff was helpful. They quickly offered a new room when the first one had a bit of noise. the breakfast was excellent and included many options. i was able to leave bags in the luggage room before check-in.
the gym is small, and the equipment appears quite old.

the hotel is near many restaurants, shops, and bars. gamla stan is also only a short walk away. public transport is easy to access from this hotel location.

The room was clean and well designed. it included comfortable beds. the shower worked very well. It provided plenty of water pressure. the hotel also offers rooms without windows.

The breakfast offered a great selection at convenient times. Comfortable sitting areas are available around the lobby. I found the atmosphere in the bar and on the terrace quite nice during the evenings.
The soundproofing was not adequate. I could clearly hear doors slamming and hallway conversations throughout the night. The temperature control in the room seemed ineffective and the ventilation system was noisy. I found it hard to relax properly.

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of foods.
The room I booked online did not match what I received. I reserved a standard queen room, yet the room was quite small. It felt more like a single. The bathroom was especially cramped.
